This Privacy Policy describes how Benkaf Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the VibrFit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using VibrFit, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to provide the Services.

Information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Password (stored securely by our authentication provider)
• Profile picture (optional)
• Workout routines, exercise logs, progress data, and challenge participation data you create within the app

Information collected automatically:

• Device location, only when you grant permission and choose to use location-based features (optional)

We do not currently use analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels in the app or on the website. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users where required by law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Save and display your workouts, routines, and progress
• Personalise your experience within the app
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, or important updates
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to help operate VibrFit. These providers only access the information needed to perform their function and are required to protect your data:

• Auth0 — handles secure account creation, authentication, and password management.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) — stores images such as profile pictures and workout-related media.

If we add additional service providers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or use it to target ads.

While we may promote VibrFit on social media platforms, our advertising activities do not involve sharing user data with those platforms.

We may disclose information only when:

• It is provided to a service provider listed above to operate the Services
• We are required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid government request
• It is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of VibrFit, our users, or others

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We do not currently transfer or store user data outside the United States.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, your personal data is retained for 15 days after deletion to allow for account recovery and to meet operational and security requirements. After that period, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication through Auth0. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we work hard to protect your data and will notify you of any material data breach as required by law.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

• Access & update — review and update your profile information from within the app at any time
• Location — enable or disable device location at any time through your device settings
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Contact — contact us about your privacy or data at any time using the details below

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights such as the right to access, correct, port, or restrict use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@vibrfit.com.

9. Children's Privacy

VibrFit is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Cookies & Tracking

The VibrFit website does not use cookies, marketing pixels, or tracking technologies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
